WHAT WE DO
OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES:
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other related correspondence
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with business managers
Complete applications with prospective clients and follow up on all necessary documents per client request and business profile
Update Company Customer Relationship Software with customer contact interactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Have strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Successfully achieve and exceed established performance goals
Posess strong interpersonal and communication skills and active listening skills
Are experienced in a fast paced environment
Can work independently and make effective use of resources
Our office is conveniently located off of Kingston Pike and close to UT campus.
