OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES:

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other related correspondence

  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with business managers

  • Complete applications with prospective clients and follow up on all necessary documents per client request and business profile

  • Update Company Customer Relationship Software with customer contact interactions

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Have strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

  • Successfully achieve and exceed established performance goals

  • Posess strong interpersonal and communication skills and active listening skills

  • Are experienced in a fast paced environment

  • Can work independently and make effective use of resources
